reviewsThe Employee Rights Handbook: Effective Legal Strategies to Protect Your Job from Interview to Pink Slip (Law As It Applies to Other Pro)
Steven Mitchell Sack I have read several employment law books in my day but none were as well written and informative as this one. Everyone can understand it, there is no legal jargon to intimidate the reader and make them feel as though they aren’t smart enough to stand up for themselves. Attorney Sack guides the reader through various scenarios, explaining each step as he goes. The book is laid out in a very easy to follow format which makes it very simple to find the topic of interest and flip to the page. There is no need to dig for information and try to decipher where the needed text may be hidden. The author does a wonderful job of explaining the law and at the same time letting the reader know that some cases require an attorney. In these times no one should be without this book. |
