In the Preface of “The Tapestry of Grace:  Crafted by The Divine Weaver”, Miller writes: “In a world where anything beyond the five senses is ridiculed or dismissed as fantasy, my experiences will show that we can live in a different dimensional reality while occupying space in this dimension.  Have you ever had a feeling or memory which you couldn’t explain with rationale?  Were there experiences you never told anyone about because you were afraid they would think you were crazy?  This was my reality since childhood, being born at a time when such things were repressed and feared.  We all possess latent abilities which should be explored and encouraged, bringing them into the accepted realm of normalcy rather than freakishness.”  (p.xix,)

“The Tapestry of Grace:  Crafted by The Divine Weaver” is Lorraine Miller’s life story intermixed with insights from Philip Comi, one of America’s foremost astrologers.  Comi utilizes the equal house system and although skeptical in the beginning, Miller found that this system accurately explained her life events.

Miller’s story is a very intriguing and unique one.  I enjoyed how all of the events that she shared had an astrological reason as to why they occurred.  I found the “Glossary of Astrological Terminology” at the end of the book to be an invaluable resource in aiding my comprehension of the astrological subject matter.  Before reading this book I was unfamiliar with the 12 houses, sextiles, trines, and some of the other terms used.

“The Tapestry of Grace:  Crafted by The Divine Weaver” is a book that will cause you to reflect on your own life experiences in an attempt to determine if there is any deeper meaning to them other than the simple events that they may appear to be on the surface.  Miller’s story truly makes you think.  She also speaks important truths that all of us need a little reminding of every now and then; one of which being “how words spoken nonchalantly in a matter of seconds can leave an impact for the rest of a lifetime!”  (p. 11) I recommend this book to anyone who is interested in exploring how each life moment is interconnected and even if you choose not to explore the topic further Miller’s autobiography is still an interesting read.
