So many people have fallen into a situation like the one in this novel. Savannah Leon was one of the unlucky ones. She was a beautiful girl whose looks could turn any man’s head. But only one man kept watching her and made a move to own her, to cherish her, to show her what kind of man he thought he was. That man was Tom P. Hackett. He was the richest man in the state of Texas. Only one thing was wrong with this man: he was married. Married but yet doing whatever he wanted with whomever he wanted, whenever he wanted. Savannah tried to shrug off his advances, but his charms were more than she could overcome. “Savannah’s Choice” will make you laugh, and cry and angry all at the same time. When something unexpected happens to Savannah, something horrible, something no one ever wants to go through, she sells everything she owns, gives up her family and moves to an unknown place where she feels she will be safe. As Savannah starts to make friends, she becomes a new person, and she becomes very special to some people who help her get on her feet. It’s a novel that you must read!

“Savannah’s Choice” is a very large novel. Despite the fact that it is so much to read, it is the kind of book that any book lover would stay with until the very end. I have never heard of the author, Donna Ketchbaw before I read this novel. She is a very good writer, storyteller, and just a wonderful author. I recommend this novel to those who love romance stories. Grab a drink, get under the covers and get lost in this truly terrific book.  I am so hoping that Ketchbaw comes out with a sequel to “Savannah’s Choices.”
