The Spirit Runs Through It

Reviewed by Melissa Koltes for RebeccasReads (4/10)

This book is easy to read and one that I believe anyone, whether they believe in the metaphysical or not will understand and be able to make a connection with. The author, Glen Grunenberger,  is straight forward,  and provided the reader has even a slight grasp of high school physics and math, the examples are logical.  I was impressed with the simplicity of the book and how the author was able to take some rather difficult concepts and break them down into everyday language.  His use of illustrations and examples really helps the reader see what he is trying to get across.  The universe and everything in it, is connected.  Time, space, molecules, you name it and they interact with and upon one another.

The book is a small book (roughly 100 pages) but it is filled with an insight that is difficult to find in thicker, more well known books.  It is straight to the point without much fluff that would distract from its purpose.

How the spirit of each person plays upon the rest of the universe is explained well and the author opens up a difficult concept to many that may not grasp it from other sources.
